When you purchasing a certificate on our website, we include an envelope with the certificate in the bouquet delivery.
How does the certificate look like?
The certificate is packed in an envelope sealed with a wax seal featuring a black feather. It looks very elegant.
How long is the certificate valid?
The certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
How to use the certificate?
1. The certificate includes a QR code, scan it.
You will be directed to the BOMÓN beauty salon page on the Booksy service for booking services.
2. Choose the service, date, and time of your visit. Great, you have booked an appointment at the beauty salon.
3. Come on the scheduled day and time, and present your certificate at the reception as payment after the service.
What if my service costs less than the value of the certificate?
The remaining balance after payment will be shown in your account. You can use it for your next visit.
For example, if you received a certificate worth 200 zlotys, but the manicure you booked costs 150 zlotys. In this case, the difference of 50 zlotys will be saved for you as a discount for your next visit.
What if the service I am interested in costs more than the value of the certificate?
In that case, you can simply pay the difference.
For example, if I am booked for a brow and lash lamination package costing 280 zlotys, and I have a 200 zloty certificate. In this case, you can pay the 80 zloty difference in cash or by card.
